Rasmussen Extended Family on Cedar Mountain, Utah
Few things make me feel better than having a family hire me year after year. I have spend a lot of time to develop my craft and my greatest desire in my business is to have happy clients. A clear manifestation of that is when people reach out to work with me again. It is very humbling and gratifying.
Kevin and Tami have been one of my favorite families to photograph. They have a fun energy and I love their family dynamic, so I honestly wasn't surprised to find that Kevin's extended family was just as wonderful. There was so much joy and love felt throughout the session. Uncles were being goofy to help me capture genuine smiles. Mom's were loving and patient with children who were less than thrilled to be taking pictures. Even though the family was large, and I took a million pictures, I never felt stress or anxiety from the family. They all seemed happy to be together.
I especially loved seeing the grandparents enjoying their posterity. Isn't family just the most wonderful thing in the world? I imagine that it will be so fun to see who my children grow up to be, who they choose to marry and the kind of parents they become. I only hope to be as joyful and proud of my family as these sweet people!
